Tingbjerg Library / Kulturhus houses a public library, culture house, learning center, workshops, meeting rooms, café and concert and theater hall. It is intended as one large shell with a sloping roof that slopes towards the school, to which the culture house is directly connected. The building is clad with "brick baguettes" which are located outside the facade and the window section has the same colors as the windows in Tingbjerg with the white shutters and the gray panels - but instead of many windows, the architects have designed one large window for the city.
